Apple pie
Apple pie Cut in oil to flour and salt to make a pebbly mixture. Add water slowly until dough is mixed well together. Divide dough into two balls. Roll dough out between wax paper sheets until thin. Place one as bottom crust, reserve the other as top.
Banana cake
Banana cake Scrape the bottom of the bowl to ensure there are no unincorporated ingredients. Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 70 minutes, or until the cake springs back when gently pressed. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and cool to room temperature.

Rugelach Mix yeast with 1 tsp. sugar and 1/2 cup of lukewarm milk (or water), until yeast starts bubbling. Mix in rest of ingredients and knead until dough doesn't stick to pan. Cool in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Honey Cake Beat eggs, add sugar, honey, oil, vanilla. Measure and sift together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture; add coffee, apple, and raisins last. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Use loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. Line with brown paper.

Cheesecake Preheat the oven to 375 deg F. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the cheese. In another bowl, with clean beaters, beat the eggs and the sugar until very thick and lemon-colored. Add the beaten eggs to the cheese along with the lemon juice and salt.

Marble Cake Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round pan. Place flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter or margarine, eggs, vanilla, and milk into mixing bowl. Beat slowly to moisten, then beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake Divide the yogurt dough into four equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a long rectangle. Spread a thin layer of your favorite jam over the dough. Mix cocoa, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle about a quarter of the mixture over the jam.

When ten or twelve sheets are in place, combine walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and clove, and spread 1/3 of this mixture over the sheet. Place another five or six buttered sheets of phyllo on top of nut mixture.

Halva In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved, add saffron and rosewater. You will have a syrup like texture. Remove from heat. In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding In a large saucepan, cook rice in water for 15 minutes. Add milk, and stir until the mixture becomes thick,. Add orange blossom water and sugar. Continue stirring until rice is done. Place in individual serving bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon, or place in large serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Ma'amoul with Dates
Ma'amoul with Dates Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour and semolina. Set aside. In a smaller bowl, beat together butter for 30-45 seconds. Slowly add in flour mixture untill combined. Stir in milk, allspice, and orange blossom water. Roll dough into 12 pieces.
