Ingredients

* 4 eggs

* 4 cups flour

* 1 cup sugar

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

* 1 cup oil

* 1 teaspoon vanilla

* 1 cup honey

* 12 ounces coffee

* cool and add 1 teaspoon baking soda

* 2 teaspoons cinnamon

* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

* Pinch of ginger

* 1/2 teaspoon cloves

* 1 cup raisins

* 1 grated apple

Mode of preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar, honey, oil, vanilla. Measure and sift together dry ingredients.

Add to egg mixture; add coffee, apple, and raisins last. Mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Use loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. Line with

brown paper.
